Brought on as marketing lead + digital producer from concept through launch. Built the brand from zero/ no assets, no audience, no system + developed the layers of its identity.

Conceptualized and art directed the full photo and video shoot. Cast talent, sourced and hired the photographer, scouted and booked the studio, and directed on set across both stills and video. Delivered a complete asset package spanning web, social, and marketing collateral.

Developed four-phase content and marketing strategy from world-building through post-show recap with platform-specific content posture across Instagram, TikTok/Reels, and email.

Defined the rollout cadence, visual language per phase, and the night-of content direction down to crew roles and shot assignments.

Secured POSH as the official ticketing and audience data partner across all US and European tour stops. Also led brand outreach that resulted in a confirmed partnership with POSH ahead of the summer festival activation.
